If you do not consent to the same, please do not access or use our Service.

  • Application Analytics - We partner with Vercel to provide application analytics to provide information on how user interact with our application.  For more information on how this partner collects and uses data, please visit the Vercel Terms and Privacy web pages: https://vercel.com/legal/terms and https://vercel.com/legal/privacy.  Use of Joyner requires this analytics service.
  • Application Infrastructure - We partner with Supabase to prodvide application infrastructure to run the Service.  For more information on how this partner collects and uses data, please visit the Supabase Privacy & Terms pages: https://supabase.com/terms and https://supabase.com/privacy.  Use of Joyner requires this infrastructure service.
  • Communications services - We partner with Airtable and Twilio to provide communication services that users of Joyner need when interacting with our Service. For more information on how each partner collects and uses data, please visit their respective privacy policies. Use of Joyner requires use of these communication services.
  • Payments provider - Currently we partner with Stripe to provide billing services for paid subscription customers of Joyner. Stripe collects payment processing data. For information on how Stripe collects and uses this data, please visit Stripe's privacy policy.  Use of Joyner requires this service.


This list may not be exhaustive, but we commit to keeping it updated based on information from these providers. We require such third parties to use the personal information we transfer to them only for the purpose for which it was transferred and not to retain it for longer than is required for fulfilling the said purpose.


We may also disclose your personal information for the following: (1) to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order or other legal process; (2) to enforce your agreements with us, including this Privacy Policy; or (3) to respond to claims that your use of our Service violates any third-party rights. If our Service or our company is merged or acquired with another company, your information will be one of the assets that is transferred to the new owner. 


Retention and Deletion Of Your Information:

We will retain your personal information with us for 90 days to 2 years after you or any other user who has added your information terminate your accounts or for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.


We respect your privacy and offer you the ability to request the deletion of your user data from our systems. In your request, be sure to include your name, username, and any relevant details that would help us identify your account. We will process your request and respond within 7 days to confirm the deletion of your data or provide an explanation if we are unable to fulfill your request.
